Is there a monthly fee?
No Monthly Fees Whatsoever. $0

Is there a transaction fee?
Yes. The transaction fee is simply $450 for the first 12 sales and then $75 per sale after that. Residential leases are $50. Commercial transactions are a 90/10 split.

Do you offer training?
Yes. We have online training videos for new and experienced agents, sample contracts, scripts & more. We also offer live zoom training classes several times per month.

Will I have broker support
Yes! We're a phone call, text, zoom conference or email away 7 days a week.

How am I paid on closings?
You'll receive a check after funding from the title company.

Can I set up a team?
Yes.

May I negotiate my commission with my clients?
Yes. You can set your own commission fees.

Do you provide leads?
Yes and no. You'll need to go throught our lead follow up training program first and be able to follow up with leads within 15 minutes.
